We are 100% Australian Couple owned and operated business in Australia. Our HQ is located out of Melbourne, Victoria. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES BROKEN?

We stand by the quality of our products and we perform quality assurance tests before shipping them to our valued customers. However accidents do happen and we cannot always ensure a 100% safe delivery. If your item broke or arrived with an issue, please Contact Us within 30 days and we will do our best to provide you with a FULL refund.
